I’ve known Joe as a composer for a number of years, and first came into contact with him when he was about to begin his Masters Degree at the Hartt School of Music, in Hartford CT. Joe’s music is attractive and he’s a bright, conscientious music colleague. One of his greatest strengths is his collegial, professional relationship with a wide variety of musicians. He has a great ease with people and communicates his openness to collaboration and common work with everyone. I enjoy his work and find him to be one of the music people who can be consistently trusted.
