‘Efflorescence’ was originally composed for chamber orchestra, but later re-orchestrated for a full orchestra. This is a MIDI realization of the original version for chamber orchestra, as there is not a decent live recording. I wrote this after my Masters Degree, but before beginning my doctorate.

Although not my first large scale work, it was the first to earn a performance, and the first of three collaborations with Beverly Everett and the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra. Premiered on November 15th, 2009
